Once again we’ll be out in Nature this spring planting trees with our friends from Green Forests Work (visit them at www.GreenForestsWork.org) – we’ve loved this partnership and look forward to another year of getting our hands dirty (for Mother Earth). We’d really love if you can join us!

Date/Time: Friday April 25, 2025 – Meet at 7am, return around 3pm
Location: An abandoned surface mine in Indiana PA (details will be forthcoming)
Why: Because we Love Our Mother (Earth)!
Inspiration: Our Emma LOVED nature and trees and will be with us we're sure.

No experience is necessary, our team will meet around 7am and we’re working to charter a bus to drive us as a group to a private plot that is now an abandoned surface mine in Indiana PA. Green Forest Works will supply buckets of trees and dibble bars along with experts in the field to help us plant the trees over a few acre area. The planting should take about 3 hours and we'll break for lunch and some discussion with our hosts before heading back to our departure point, hopefully arriving there by 3pm.


We hope you'll join us and help us realize our goal to plant thousands of trees a year as a foundation! Mother Earth will sure be smiling when we do.
